Rose Xpress Gel Design
- Prep
the nails as usual. Wipe the
nails thoroughly with BASIC ONE Wiping Solution and wait for the solution
to dry (a chalky white finish will appear).
- Apply
a thin coat of BASIC ONE Clear Gel to the one nail. Drip and drag a horizontal line
where the tip meets the nail bed to build thickness/stress point and to create
a natural curve. Cure this
nail under the BASIC ONE UV Light while applying BASIC ONE Clear Gel to
the same finger on the opposite hand. Alternate fingers/hands until BASIC ONE Clear Gel has
been applied to all ten nails.
- Using
the Xpress Gel in White (#13) and the Designer Brush, outline the rose
petals. Cure for a second and
alternate fingers/hands as shown in step #2.
- Using
Xpress Gel in Hot Pink (#10) and CHRISTRIOžs Gel Designer Brush, fill in
the area inside the white outlines.
Cure for a second and alternate fingers/hands as shown in step
#2.
- Using
the Xpress Gel in Kiwi (#6) and the Designer Brush, draw leaves and stems around
the rose as desired. Cure for a second and alternate fingers/hands as
shown in step #2.
- Apply
a final coat of BASIC ONE Clear Gel to the entire nail by dripping and
dragging the gel vertically. Cure
for several seconds and alternate fingers/hands as shown in step #2. After the Clear Gel is applied to
all nails, cure for 3-4 minutes.
- Wipe
the nails with BASIC ONE Wiping Solution. Shape the sides and tip of the nails with a file and
wipe one last time with BASIC ONE Wiping Solution to remove dust.
